Chaka Chingri Bhuna is a simple and quick Bangladeshi shrimp dish that highlights the sweetness of small white shrimp. It’s lightly spiced and perfect for a weeknight meal with steamed rice or khichuri.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Chaka Chingri (white shrimp)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 green chili (sliced)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Clean the shrimp properly.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion until golden.
- Add chili, turmeric, and red chili powder.
- Add shrimp and cook for 8–10 minutes until dry.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
